PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND /

I‘m an integrated Art Director working in NYC. A graduatedof the VCU Brandcenter I polished my skills as a multi disciplinary thinker through gigs at various agencies which include Ogilvy, The Martin Agency, Digitas, Deutsch, Publicis Modem, JWT, and SS+K – to name a few. My strong knowledge of the Digital space, Social Media platforms, and emerging mediums, along with a traditional background makes me a versatile team player.


PERSONAL BACKGROUND /

I discovered the visual medium at the age of four. I would meticulously sketch of airplanes from different countries I’d see while traveling and keep a stockpile of sketched logos and emblems. I’ve racked up more frequent flyer miles from the age three to thirteen than most adults. Growing up in three different countries has given me a truly global perspective and without doubt continues to fuel me creatively as an Art Director.

At age eighteen I fell into playing music professionally and found myself the lead guitar player of an Emo band. With a record deal hand and dreams of rock glory, I recorded my first debut album. I continued to play music and tour with various bands till the age of 26.

When I wasn’t playing music I was enrolled as a Pre Med student and worked as a Cardiac and Bio Medical Tech, this beat waiting tables meager wages. A semester shy of completing a degree in Pre Med, I switched majors and decided to study Design. I got my first ad gig while traveling in India, ending up in Ogilvy Mumbai, and fell in love with it.

Currently I live in Brooklyn, NY with my beautiful wife and dog. In my spare time I fancy myself as a Chef and stand up comedian. I haven’t found the right forum to combine those two yet. In my spare time you find me practicing my dry wit, cooking and hosting dinner parties, trying to play music, or planning my next globetrot.
